The SUP21T 4-in-1 Laser Welding Head is a single-motor scanning oscillating welding head designed for handheld welding, cleaning, and cutting applications. Developed based on the SUP21S handheld laser head, it features enhancements such as a motor cover and an optimized protective lens cover, allowing for easier on-site maintenance and improved structural stability.

Product Features

  • The product features a self-developed control system and structural design, making it suitable for a variety of welding applications up to 3000W. It also includes multiple safety alarms for enhanced security, as well as simple and flexible operation.

  • The machine offers enhanced stability, with all parameters visible and monitored in real-time. This helps prevent potential issues and simplifies troubleshooting. Faults are quickly identified and resolved to ensure stable performance of the handheld welding head.

  • The innovative structural design incorporates a modular layout for each functional component, which significantly reduces the failure rate and makes future maintenance more convenient.

  • The parameters are fully controllable with high repeatability. Stable nozzle air pressure and lens condition require only consistent laser power, ensuring that process parameters remain repeatable, thereby greatly improving efficiency.
